A deposit is due with order confirmation and final payment is due when we receive your flowers.

How does it work?

1. PICK YOUR PERFECT PIECE

Choose your preferred artwork, size, and frame colour to kick things off. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a contract to review and approve before we begin creating your piece

2. SEND YOUR FLOWERS OUR WAY

Drop off your flowers 1–3 days after your event, or arrange a pick-up (subject to availability). To keep them at their most beautiful, flowers need to arrive within 1-3 days. Prep for final payment :)

3. THE MAGIC BEGINS

We carefully press and preserve your flowers over 12–18 weeks, giving them the time and care they need . Once ready, we create a custom mock-up for your approval (up to 3 revisions)

4. YOUR ARTWORK ARRIVES

Once your piece is complete, we’ll arrange pick-up or delivery straight to you. It will arrive beautifully packaged, ready to unwrap and cherish forever

Your flowers are carefully pressed and preserved using our natural process. Posie.NY notes flowers should ideally arrive within 1–3 days after the event.

  • We offer two preservation styles: pressed floral framed art and dried floral shadowbox art, each handcrafted to beautifully preserve your flowers and the memories they hold.

  • Yes! We accept flowers from any special occasion!

  • Each flower undergoes its own unique transformation during the pressing process. As it dries and flattens, it develops a distinctive color, delicate texture, and timeless beauty that becomes part of a lasting botanical composition.

    Colors may shift naturally as the flowers dry:

    •  Red flowers often deepen into rich burgundy

    •  Some taupe or toffee tones can turn a soft, unexpected purple, or a tan color

    •  Whites typically soften into warm cream

    •  Light pinks may shift toward lavender or fade to ivory

    Because of the gentle flattening process, the final pressed flowers will also look different from their fresh form — more delicate and flatter. Each pressed flower’s natural changes create a one-of-a-kind piece of botanical art. With age your flowers will naturally gently fade and soften in color, but with proper care, your preserved florals will remain beautiful for many, many years to come.

  • You can either drop off your flowers to us, or schedule a convenient pick-up, and we’ll come to you (based on availability). We make the process simple so your flowers arrive safely and ready for preservation. To maintain the freshest possible condition, your flowers must arrive at our studio within 1-3 days of your special occasion.
